Carrie is a skilled accountant with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sector. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Missouri Baptist University.

Jay Patel brings over fifteen years of experience across hospitality, development, and operations, with a focus on sourcing, structuring, and executing projects that deliver long-term value. He began his career with JV Hospitality, developing and operating hotel assets across secondary and tertiary markets, an experience that continues to inform his practical, disciplined approach. Since co-founding SiLa Developments in 2019, Jay has led the firm’s expansion into more complex urban projects, including ground-up development, adaptive reuse, and brand-aligned hospitality assets across Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG platforms.
