He began his career with JV Hospitality, developing and operating hotel assets across secondary and tertiary markets, an experience that continues to inform his practical, disciplined approach. Since co-founding SiLa Developments in 2019, Jay has led the firm’s expansion into more complex urban projects, including ground-up development, adaptive reuse, and brand-aligned hospitality assets across Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG platforms.
